The X-Men is a fictional team of mutant superheroes made by Stan Lee (writer) and Jack Kirby (artist) for Marvel Comics. Each main member of the team has built his or her own popularity and fan base through the years. The X-Men have been around for decades and have never waned in popularity. When people hear the word 'mutant', X-Men is probably one of the things that come to mind.
